On average, organizations spend $5,000 per sales rep on an annual basis. (Source: IKO Systems) My personal thoughts is that this number may represent an investment amount that larger companies tend to make. I rarely see my smaller business clients make this type of investment on an annually basis for each sales rep. Yet, the question needs to be asked . . . what if they did?
